World Suicide Prevention Day
Date: September 4, 2025
On the occasion of World Suicide Prevention Day, the IlaiaVox team held a deeply
moving session at Mohamed Sathak College, dedicated to saving young lives from the
silent battle of suicide.
As the session came to a close, every heart in the hall united in a solemn pledge —
✨ to stand for ourselves, to stand for one another, and to never let a fellow youth
struggle in silence again.
Our Youth Mentor Dheenasha BK gave her word with unwavering conviction:

This is not just a message; it’s a lifeline, a promise, and a movement of hope for

ilaivox onducted an Awareness Campaign at Besant Nagar’s Elliot’s Beach. The initiative aimed to engage directly with youth in an open, approachable setting.
During the campaign:
The IlaiaVox team interacted personally with young people, initiating one-on-one conversations about mental health and emotional well-being.
We explained the support systems and safe spaces that IlaiaVox provides for youth struggling with stress, depression, or emotional challenges.
At the same time, we actively listened to youth voices, gathering their perspectives, concerns, and suggestions regarding the state of mental health among today’s generation.
The event saw strong participation and genuine conversations, reflecting the urgent need to build awareness and create a culture of support for young minds. It reinforced our mission that “youth life matters” and that timely support can save countless lives.
laiavox Extends Support to Youth this World Mental Health Month

On the eve of World Mental Health Month, observed throughout October, Ilaiavox once again reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the mental and emotional well-being of today’s youth.
In the current scenario, young people face immense mental pressure—struggling to stay productive in schools, colleges, and workplaces. Recognizing this growing concern, Ilaiavox continues to stand by the youth as a trusted emotional companion—helping them tackle stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges with empathy and care.
The movement aims to spread awareness on the importance of mental wellness and encourages open conversations around emotional struggles—breaking the stigma that often silences many.
As part of this ongoing initiative, a special youth-focused awareness event was held on 12th October at Kovalam, ECR, where volunteers of Ilaiavox connected with young minds, creating a safe space to share, heal, and grow together.
With the message “You are never alone — Ilaiavox is always here for you,” the organization continues its mission to empower youth and build a mentally resilient generation.
